[pullquote_right]Jane and the team are truly fantastic to work with; as a newbie working with such intelligent and informed people was really daunting. Reflecting on my time with Kumon, I feel so much more confident in myself. I’ve learnt so much from everyone![/pullquote_right]At Kumon Tuggeranong, the successful progression of our students through the Kumon program remains our top priority. To this end, we employ graduates and soon-to-be graduates of the program who have demonstrated excellent communication standards and commitment to the Kumon ideals.

Once students reach Level J (Year 10 equivalent) in either the Maths and/or English programs they may express interest in assuming an assistant role in the centre. Jane will provide you with information pertaining to an application to join the staff and, if you are successful, you will be invited to attend a staff training session. It is considered a great honour to be invited on staff especially as only a very small number of our students are given an opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the learning of their Kumon peers.

Please note: Staff are paid wages equivalent to the ACT Clerical Award Wage. Potential staff members would be expected to work one or more afternoons of the working week for no less than three hours.

Equal Opportunity Employer: At Kumon Tuggeranong we don’t just support difference – we thrive in and celebrate it. We’re extraordinarily proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and welcome applications from anyone meeting or exceeding our general hiring criteria.
