There’s no getting around it: Kumon is extra.  It’s extra time. It’s extra work.  Rest assured that the rewards far outweigh the additional effort, as any seasoned Kumon parent will attest.  The fact remains, however, that Kumon requires a special commitment from your child — and from you.

It’s an everyday thing

There’s more to Kumon than making sure your child gets to the centre two afternoons a week.  Kumon workbooks must be completed at home all other days, including weekends.  Best results come with uninterrupted study, even through school and Christmas holidays.  Taking your Kumon routine seriously and adhering to it strictly enables your child to benefit and flourish with the program to the greatest extent possible.

We’re in this together

You and your Kumon Instructor are equal partners in helping your child succeed with Kumon.  We urge you to communicate early and often with your child’s Instructor, and never hesitate to ask questions or seek advice.

Your interest in Kumon proves that you are a parent who cares deeply about your child’s education, and that will make all the difference.  Our best advice is to keep caring. Pay attention, stay involved and stay connected with your Kumon Instructor.

Your child’s success is our top priority…
